Workout of the day for May 17th, 2016. Week 1 of our hypertrophy template starts today. This will be 9-10 weeks of increasing intensity with a focus on functional weight gain and mass building. Volume will be relatively low, but intensity will creep higher and higher as the weeks progress. I hope you like 3X10s.
