Strength Class
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30am and 5:15pm. Tuesdays at 5:15pm only. Ages 12 and up are welcome. Contact us to try a class on the house!
Olympic Weightlifting
Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4pm. Ages 12 and up are welcome.
All memberships include complimentary 24/7 access to the gym for athletes ages 18 and over. If you’d like to purchase an Open Gym Membership, you can do that, HERE.
