The 5 Habits

1. Eat until you’re 80% full. Unless your goal is to gain weight, then eat until 100%+.

2. Eat 1 fist-sized portion of vegetables with every meal.

3. Eat 1 palm-sized portion of protein.

4. Eat 1 thumb-sized portion of fats, especially mono and polyunsaturated fats.

5. Eat 1 cupped handful portion of starchy carbs, if you have just worked out or are gaining  weight.

And always remember to show up to class!
