The Ark enjoys the diversity of its members and it prides itself in the accomplishments of each of them. It is our goal, that everyone progresses towards their goals. For this reason we take into consideration the individual differences of our members and incorporate that into their training.

1. How long have you been training at The Ark?
Three years.
2. What were your goals when you started and has The Ark helped you achieve them?
I joined The Ark three years ago with the goal of becoming stronger and more content with my body.

I’ve become stronger, faster, more flexible, and healthier than I ever thought I would be. This has given me confidence in my body and mind that carries over into all parts of my life.
3. What do you like most about our gym?
The diverse and supportive members, excellent programming, and community focus. The members of The Ark are all incredibly supportive of one another. It doesn’t matter what level you’re at, we’re all there to help each other excel and learn new skills. I look forward to going to the gym every day because I know I’ll get to see faces I love.
The coaches at The Ark spend a lot of time developing multi-faceted, intelligent, and FUN programming that’s accessible, yet challenging, to all fitness levels.

Too many gyms charge exorbitant fees that are cost prohibitive for a lot of community members. Michael has made an unparalleled effort to make fitness available to anyone that is interested through various forms of community outreach. 4. What would you say to convince someone who’s thinking about joining?
Stop thinking about it and just do it already :)
