Warm-up:

Intro to BB Cycling

BB cycling: 

1) E2M for 8 minutes:

5 Power Snatches, starting at 40-50% of 1RM Snatch

rest 2 minutes exactly, then 1 ME set at 60%

2) E2M for 8 minutes: 

5 Power CJ, starting at 40-50% of 1RM CJ

rest 2 minutes, then 1 ME set at 60%

Gymnastics:

EMOM for 10 minutes:

3 muscle-ups

or

Alternating EMOM for 10:

10 Pull-ups

10 Dips

Postural Restoration:

A) 4 point stance (Cat pose with breath) X5, optional 3 point, 3 each side

B) 90/90 SASL (reach optional, 3 on each side) with balloon

C) Banded Deadbug 5X each leg

D) Box Squats with breath
