Warm-up:

Snatch Warm-up

WL:

1) 15 minutes to find a max Snatch

2) 15 minutes to find a max CJ

Conditioning:

3) Burpee capacity test:

4 rounds for reps, with HR under 155 BPM:

2 minutes Burpees

1 minute rest

Note number of burpees each round. Check HR after each round. A HR monitor is highly recommended.
