Warm-up:

I'll be at the gym all morning. If you want to get these squats done, you'll need to come in AT LEAST 15 minutes early and bang them out.

Incline Y Raises x 10 reps @ 2121

Incline I Raises x 10 reps

followed by…

Two sets of:

A) Single-Arm Dumbbell Rows x 6-8 reps each

B) Sots Press x 8-10 reps

One-Arm Press x 5 reps each arm

100-Foot One-Arm Suitcase Carry with Right Hand

immediately followed by…

100-Foot One-Arm Suitcase Carry with Left Hand

100-Foot Single-Arm Sled Drag with Left Hand
