Members of The Ark are working on individual goals in a class setting. The individualized attention from our coaches allows each athlete to progress towards their goal.
Below Guru Vishwas shares how in a short amount of time he has been able to learn and become closer to his goal.
1. How long have you been training at The Ark?

2. What were your goals when you started and has The Ark helped you achieve them?
My goal was to simply get stronger and fitter. The Ark has definitely helped me achieve them.

This helped me a lot as it is my first ever gym and I needed that close attention and guidance.
3. What do you like most about our gym?
On most days I can't wait for class time. Going to the gym relieves all the stress and makes me happier and satisfied at the end of the day.
“It is the combination of crazy workouts, the awesome people who are so good that just by looking at them working out, it pushes me to do more.”
The community at the gym make you feel together and it's more like a family. What I also appreciate about the gym is they care about the community's general health and fitness. The coaches welcome small kids who like to learn something and they pay total attention to teaching them. They have a rig outside for people to use for free which is a great thing they can do to encourage people to workout and stay fit.
