Warm-up:

40 leg swings (20 each leg, forward and back)

10 BS with empty BB

Strength:

1) BS: 10x3 reps@60%, EMOM for 10 minutes

20 HSPU or Push-ups

200M Farmer’s carry (athletes choose load)
