Warm-up:

10x World’s Greatest Stretch (5 each side)

20x Leg swings (10 each leg)

10x SLDL each leg

Pre-game:

Do 1-5 reps of each movement in the chipper

Conditioning:

For time:

15 Cleans, full squat (135/95)

30 Toe-to-bar

30 HSPU (or 30 push-up)

15 Muscle-ups (or 30 Pull-ups)

30 Single-arm db/kb push-press however (50/35)

30 Jumping lunges

15 Thrusters (same bar)

30 Pull-ups (if no MU then 30 bent-over rows with thruster bar)

30 Burpess

150 foot Overhead Walking Lunge with db/kb

Cool-down:
