A) 3X5 Deadbugs each leg

B) 3x25’ Walking bottoms-up KB press (very light)

WL:

1) Power Clean and Power Jerk: 60x1x3

Strength:

2A) Deadlift: 50x3, 60x3, 85% of last week x3***

2B) Bench Press: 50x5, 60x5, 85% of last week x5x3 sets***

***Alternating sets until sets of DL are over, then finish bench-press

Accessories: 

3A) 5x5 DB external rotations (light)

3B) 5x8 Powell Raises (light)
