The preferred option is for you to rest, or do some light gymnastics work. We’re maxing on CJ tomorrow. If you absolutely need to move around, you can do this:

For time:

150 Burpees

Run 1 mile

If you care about how you do tomorrow, I would advise against doing Murph, or if you must, do an abbreviated, low-intensity version:

For time:

Run 800m

10 rounds of Cindy

Run 800m

Keep HR below 160 BPM
