Weightlifting:

1) Alternating EMOM for 12 minutes

Odd: 3 Power CJ (60x5x3, 65x5x3, of 1RM Power CJ)

Even: 12 Lateral burpees over the bar

Conditioning:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Shoulder to overhead, 115/75

10 Deadlift, 115/75

15 Box jumps, 24/20” box (step down!)
