No Class Labor Day. Here's a fun workout to try at The Park at The Ark.

Conditioning:

For time:

Run 400m

10 rounds of "Cindy"

Run 800m

10 rounds of "Mary"

Run 400m 

***Notes:

1 Round of Cindy = 5 Pull-ups + 10 Push-ups + 15 Air-squats

1 Roundy of Mary = 5 HSPU (any style) + 10 Pistols, alternating + 15 Pull-ups

If you can't do Mary, do another 5 rounds of Cindy.

If at home with no pull-up bar, simply omit the pull-ups from the workout.
